Your face is transparent, absolutely clear and attitude shines through whether it is negative or positive. The first second that potential customer sees you maybe even before you understand him, your behavior comes through. The client sees it, maybe only psychologically and will react correctly. We all know that the first issue all salesman has to sell is themselves just before they open his mouth.
