Attitude
Perhaps the most important of these three but useless on its own. It is actually no good having the perfect behavior in the world if one is sitting in a closed room not talking to anyone. So, what is behavior apart from how one feels about himself and others.
Your face is transparent, absolutely clear and attitude shines through whether it is negative or positive. The first second that potential customer sees you maybe even before you understand him, your behavior comes through. The client sees it, maybe only psychologically and will react correctly. We all know that the first issue all salesman has to sell is themselves just before they open his mouth.
